The USDA’s Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, headquarters for the research arm of the USDA, is moving out of Beltsville. The Secretary of Agriculture says it could take years to complete but it’s another federal hit for workers, Prince George’s County Maryland, and the immediate communities surrounding the farm.
